This classic Lyon & Healy Gold Style 23 built in 1968
was purchased new and played for many years by its owner's parents, both harpists.
It has a rich, warm sound that has become more lovely since its arrival to our
studio; it is such a pleasure to play. This harp is a perfect instrument for anyone
who loves the craftsmanship and sound of the earlier 23s.
The harp was restrung in 2017 and is in very playable condition. The tone is warm and even throughout.
There are seemingly no structural problems in the body, base frame,
center strip, board and column. The gold
is in extremely good condition.
Light
scuff marks, a few slight tuning key dings, this harp is considered in very good
condition.
